Otter Smile Protection Plan (OSPP)
3 flexible payment options:
- Option 1: Add to the total cost of your treatment [$599]
- Option 2: One-time payment of [$599]
- Option 3: Initial payment of [$99] and 10 monthly payments [$50]*
*Can be rolled into existing payment plan
Retainers covered include essix or essix-type, clear retainers.
Must report loss/damage within 3 business days to claim replacements.
Hassle-free replacements for lost, damaged, or worn-out retainers.
Length of offer: 5 years from debond date or sign-up date

Co-payment: $49 per retainer replacement
